Even though this is posted in the motherboards section I didn't think my knowledge of motherboards is very high. (hints the reason for asking advice from you fellows)

Trying to pick a motherboard to run with a Q6600 processor and 2 EVGA GeForce 8800GTS.

The motherboards I am looking at are

Both are the same price on newegg. The added sound card with the MSI board does not matter much to me at all. I am not a audiophile by any means. Comments, suggestions on other boards, insults all welcome.
