G. Skill is a great company with above par customer support. I would say you can't go wrong for $85 on that memory mate.

Exactly what CPU do you plan on using? 6400 Intel is sort of a vague statement. If you don't plan on OC'ing at all you can even save a few bucks and getting DDR2 533 and run stock since that extra headroom would be going to waste..
