Which memory would be better?

1gb Kit of DDR2-533 PC4300
OR
1gb Kit of DDR2-667 PC5300?

Memory will be for an Asus P5AD2 Premium board. I do not plan to overclock right away so will there be a benefit to running the PC5300 at stock speed over the PC4300 or will I be taking a performance hit? Is there a benefit to just using DDR2-667 over DDR-533 without overclocking? The only reason I am considering the DDR2-667 is for possbile overclocking down the road. The price difference between the two is not that bad so price is not a deciding factor.

Please help as I would like to get the memory ordered so I can put together my system.

:)

Thanks!

DDR2 (and the future of DDR2) is a vastly unexplored territory for now. Besides, it seems you have enough information to decide for yourself.
