I have my Antec Aria on order and I have decided to go with the AMD Athlon XP-M cpu
but I can't decide which Motherboard to go with. I would like the following if possible for features.

1) Overclocking features.
2) Stability
3) Firewire
4) If onboard VIDEO ,, should be Nforce CHipset of course.

ANy help would be appreciated.

THanks

Avoid the P4 Asus PM800-VM (???) -- it's one of their HT-capable onboard graphics mATX motherboards. My friend was disappointed when, after dropping one into his Aria, he realized there wasn't a Firewire header to be had on the board. :(

I have heard that the MSI K8MM ilsr is pretty good in all of those catagories. It's got overclocking features but uses the via chipset and doesn't have an agp lock, so I don't know how far you'll get. It's stable. It has firewire. It has onboard video, but can be disabled. It just doesn't have the nvidia chipset. That might be as close as you'll get to meeting all of your specifications.

No way thats the closest. Sorry Im at work and cant look around too much....

But I know the big problem here is nVidia didnt release a NForce 2 chipset with integrated graphics of the 400fsb variety. When they moved to ultra 400, they stopped doing the graphics. With the older 333fsb variety I've seen several with the Integrated graphics and the sweet MCP-T sb. I dont even care about the integrated graphics but Im having trouble even finding the Ultra 400 chipset that also carries the MCP-T southbridge :(

The integrated graphics guys can not have supported/guaranteed 400fsb (fact for Nforce2) but can get the MCP-T no problemo. There are several on newegg.... these are closer to what the poster wants. Those of us willing to forgo the graphics for the Ultra 400fsb chipset cant seem to get the MCP-T for no apparent reason at all.... still searching for that though. This holds true for the shuttles I've looked at as well. Really hoping this mATX board is out there....

Oops, my bad. I was thinking that he wanted an A64 board. That changes everything. In that case I know Biostar, Shuttle and a few others have good nvidia based mATX boards. The Shuttle MN31N even has MCP-T, and I've heard that it takes the mobile athlon chips nicely. Check out this thread.

Does the aria PSU come with 2 SATA power connectors?
Nope, just one SATA power connector and its a bit too short if you place your SATA HDD on the right side of the case.
