Which LGA 775 CPU uses the least energy?

I need a LGA 775 CPU for a file server and since this will be on all the time, I want the one that is going to use the least energy.

I was going to suggest this also, it probably uses the least power of all the 65 Watt C2Ds.

And you can undervolt the hell out of C2D chips at stock speeds which should dramatically lower the energy usage. From what I recall I was able to run my E6300 266x7 1.32500v stock at ~ 260x7 0.95000v, which is only slightly underclocked.

I can take my E6300 down to 1.1v and still have it post at 2.7ghz fully stable.
