i just bought the sceptre and it sucked and its going right back, i had a BenQ 20inch and its was pretty nice! so i might say go with the BenQ

The new samsung 226BW which is now on sale at circuit city seems like a potential winner. Here is the link to Samsung website. Cannot verify the color gamut but I think its the new 92.
