1. htt 250x10 - 2.5ghz
front side bus - 2x1000mhz , 2000mhz
Ram fsb - 166.7mhz, 2-3-3-6 timings : dual channel .. bandwith only about 5100+mb/s
Max bus bandwith 8000mb/s - 95% efficiency

2. htt 239x10.5 - 2.5ghz
front side bus - was roughly 2x914mhz, 1828mhz
ram fsb - 193mhz, 2-3-3-7 timings : dual channel .. bandwith about 5900+mb/s
max bus bandwith 7xxx mb/s under 7500 just. gave no efficiency
 
Personaly I'd go with the second only because it's closer to a 1:1 ratio if I read it correctly.
