Between the Antec Neo HE 500 Wor the Seasonic S12 600W?

What i'm looking for is low-noise (because I'm going to be buying a water-cooling system later on as well) and low price.

In terms of low-noise, which is quieter?

For low price, which PSU will save me more? (I run my computer 24/7).

I plan on overclocking as well, and my expected components (as I am slowly upgrading to it) are:

DFI NF4
AMD 64 X2+ 4400/4600
2x74 GB Raptors (running together as RAID-0)
2x7800 GTs
2 GB G.Skill or OCZ ram.
1 DVD Burner
X-Fi

Will both power supplies be stable enough? Do you have any other recommendations? I will continue to search through the many threads.. but any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I mixed up the Neo HE with Truepower 2.0 .. post edited to clear confusion.

Seasonic makes the NeoHE's.
Quieter, I would tend to think the Seasonic, seeing how it only has a single 120 rather than the 80(s).

Another vote for the Seasonic, from a S12-500HT owner ;)

I did't know that Seasonic made the HE's. I really like my Seasonic S12 500 watter. I also like the 500 Antec SmartPower 2.0 500 watt. The SmartPower is very quiet and seems to be doing very well at powering my Crossfire setup, though it is only using 2 X800XL and an Opteron 144. I haven't used a Neo HE so I can't say anything about it, but I can easily recommend the Seasonic.
