Which memory is best bang for buck, future proof and is stable for oc?

Make sure whatever choice you make that you get memory that is 1.65V or less. I prefer 1.5V ram.

Also one thing to note is that all ddr3 ram over 1333MHz is technically overclocked ram since that is the highest standard and what the memory chip manufacturers are producing.
