Any have a good comparison of an Intel 930 CPU (3ghz/800FSB/2mb) against an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.86ghz/1066FSB/2mb)?

Both systems would initially have DDR2-667 memory, giving each the same memory bandwidth, but I might get DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066 giving the Duo and advantage. All other components would be the same.

To add to that, the only reason to add memory faster than 533 or 667 is if you're overclocking. DDR800 is nice memory if you're planning non-extreme overclocking, and 1066 is for the nutcases (like so many here) who have to get every last bit of performance out of your system via overclocking. If that's you, go for the DDR21066 and be proud :)
