Which is a Better case

...Honestly another good case is the antec 300(currently building a comp using this case) . but once again you need to do some cutting to get some good cable management.

Where and how would you cut the 300?
Also, I asked previously, but what do you do with the side panel
holes if you don't want to have a video card fan?
Do you cover this up, and if so, with what?
Someone suggested switching the doors, can you explain how this would help?

Here's another good one. This case is great, and has a fan filter in front. If you want to add more fans, you'll have to use your own filters though.

Actually I find this case to be better than the Antec 300, stock. Antec 300's can be modded more, but if you're not into that, this NZXT case is as close to the perfect mid-tower as you're going to get for the price.

here you go. im just building this and will need to do a few other cuts. but you'll see what i mean. i took out all the 3.5 cage. you can always leave some there. im gonna but a 120.2 radiator there so i had to take them all out. im only gonna use a dvd drive, 500 gb hd and a fan controller.

What are the consequences of not having the 120mm hole under the
power supply?

Also, would it work just to drill some 1" - 1-1/2" holes to feed the wiring through?

I didn't bother to check if these come with fan filters, but like I said, they're not that hard to add. Honestly, for the money, I think the NZXT one I linked earlier is the best. It has all the features (besides a window), and costs less.

I use to see people do mods and I said the same thing. No way in hell would i ever do that. Now im doing it.

The reason I always put 140mm holes on the bottom of my cases is so that the PSU gets cooler ambient air rather than warmer air from the inside of the case. I believe the most important part of a rig is the PSU. As you know warm air is the enemy of any electronic component; therefore, I prefer cool air coming into my psu.

I guess you can drill that side holes if you want. The most difficult wire to get through is the 24pin wire that's why I made the holes bigger than needed. Im painting the inside of my case black so you wont notice it too much.
