Im planning to overclock mad on a 2.4C. But which one should i get ? I was thinking of skipping out on the IC7 MAX 3 and get a regular IC7. I dont really need the SATA, ethernet card, etc...

But is there a difference in them for overclock? other then Max 3 capacitor cooling, does it make a big difference?
 
i just picked up me a ic7-max3 and i love it, but 2 of my friends have the ic7 and they love there boards so if you do want to spen the extra money on the MAX3 go with the ic7
