I have a P4 2.66b @3.06, what would be the best semi-quiet air cooling setup for it? I am looking for something that is sub 60 bucks. I am using the stock cooler right now and I am at 46@idle and 59-61@100% using folding@home. any help appreciated, THANX!

I have a 2.66B running @ 3250, and I use a Thermal Integration TI-A8736N HSF. ASUSProbe tells me I'm running 47-49C under full load and idling at about 35-36C. Since it's ASUS, those numbers are probably a little lower than actual. I'm also using Ceramique; if you use AS5, your temps should be a degree or two lower.

There are definitely way better ways to cool your CPU, but this one happens to only cost $12, and it looks like it could give you some slight improvements.
