Which HDTV to get?

I just turned 16 and money doesn't come very easy for me at 8 bucks an hour, haha. I work from 9 to 6 Monday through Friday and I have my heart set on a 37-42" HDTV/monitor. My cousin has had a computer-TV hookup since as long as I remember being into the whole computer scene, and I've always really liked how he could play lifesize video games. Now, it's my turn. I want that for me.

The way my personality works is that I save all my money until I reach my goal, which is exactly how I got my computer. :) My dilema right now, is SETTING a goal. I will probably have about $2000 to spend, so I'm looking to spend about $1200-$1600 AFTER taxes (No shipping, I'll probably go pick it up), and from $200 to $400 on speakers (Although my parents hate noise and my walls are thin so I'll probably only be able to use everything when they are gone). Anybody want to help me out?

Thanks

Westinghouse LVM-37v3 is $1200 + tax right now at Best Buy...

1080p...HDCP...HDMI...

It is only HD-Ready. What is a tuner? I know nothing about HDTV and how that whole deal works, by the way. Is Westinghouse a reliable brand? How is the quality? Are the stock speakers usable?

Sorry for all the questions
