Which HC/Rad to which loop?

I have a question regarding an SLI watercooling setup. I plan to start ordering the parts for my next upgrade this week and plan on running two loops in my WCing setup One for my SLI graphics cards and one for my CPU. I currently have two rads in my system, a BIX and a DTek HC. Which rad should I put in which loop. Right now, I'm thinking that the twin 6800GTs I plan on getting is going to output the most heat so I will be using the DTek HC in that loop and using the BIX in my CPU loop. I would appreciate your opinions on this. Thanks.

BTW in case you need to know I will be water cooling the following components:

- OCed AMD Athlon64 3200+ (Will wait until after April 4th to see if Venice comes out, if not I will be going with a Winnie)
- 2 OCed eVGA 6800GTs, may flash to 1.4V Ultra BIOS, haven't decided if I want to do that yet or not.

My water cooling will be:
CPU: Swiftech MCW6002-64
Pump: Ehiem 1250
Rad: Black Ice Extreme with one 120mm fan (unless suggested otherwise)

GPU: Either 2x MCW50s or 2x Low Prof Maze4GPU. (I already have one MCW50, but am not sure if it will fit between two graphics cards on a DFI NF4 SLI board)
Pump: Ehiem 1250
Rad: DTek HeaterCore with shroud and two 120mm fans (push/pull)

I am also considering just running one loop to save space, those Ehiem1250s are pretty big. If I do go with this setup I my loop will go as follows:

Pump -> BIX -> MCW6002-64 -> BIX --> Parallel MCW50s or Maze 4s --> Pump

Now I know that there are better smaller pumps out there than the Ehiem 1250s, but I already have these pumps and an SLI setup is pushing my budget, so I will be using these pumps for now.
Thanks again for your suggestions.
