Which driver from RST to use?

So I am going to update to the newest RST drivers for my P6T Deluxe v2 board, but I am not sure which to chose.

I got the floppy version of the 12.0.0.1083 and 12.5.0.1066 (12.6.0.1033 has issues, it is pulled from the Intel website as of yesterday evening) because I usually install the drivers manually. I do not install the RST program.

What I do is I go in to the device manager, update the driver for the device, let me pick the one and then I find my download. I use single drive config so I use the iaAHCIC file. Now here is the issue, when I continue I get the screen which shows all the signed drivers. Which one is for this board? There are 10 listed, I can figure out that the Mobile one is not for me since I have a desktop. There is an Intel 5 series 6 port SATA which this board does have 6 ports. Then there is the one down below that says Intel Desktop/Workstation/Server Express.... which this is a desktop.

None of these looks like the one I currently have which just says Intel ICH10R SATA....

Can someone point me to the right one for this board? Thanks

Not sure if 12 series offers anything more than support for the up coming Haswell boards. 11.2 has worked best for me with raid0 SSD. Never got anyone interested enough to do testing with those boards (X58 / ICH10R) to see if trim would work with a specially modded OROM.

The Intel Desktop/Workstation/Server Express should be the right one.

CPL0 - Thanks for the reply. I have two systems that are the same only that one is set up for RAID and the other is just a single SSD. Looks like the single SSD will not accept these new 12 series. Every time I tried whether installing the program or doing it manually the 11.7.0.1013 drivers are never moved to the newer version. So I just updated to 11.7.4.1001 and all seems fine. I did try doing the install via manually and all I keep getting is that there is an incompatibility between my hardware and this driver so I just stopped.

But the RAID X58 system I have it did accept the newer 12.6.0.1033. Then I ran in to problems, not huge ones though. So got to reading at Intel and lots of folks having issues.

Then the Intel site pulled the 12.6.0.1033, it is not offered anymore so maybe it's bad. Uninstalled it from the RAID system and going to try out the 12.5.0.1066 maybe tomorrow or during the week.

Thank you for reminding me about the 11.2 version, I forgot about that one. If I run in to any issues, I may just go back to that instead of the 11.7. Thanks again!
