im willing to spend up to $200- $250 all i do is play games and surf the web. any reccomendations?
 
The Mitsu 930SB is out of his price range, unless he's willing to spend $300+, but I would rather recommend the NEC FP912. I know they're the same monitor, but I've heard more user complaints about the Mitsu than the NEC, even though the FP912 is super hard to find.

Good monitors I will recommend in that price range are the Viewsonic G90F+ or the NEC FE991.
