The IBM, not just for being bigger, but because of this difference in specs:

Dell: 1600 x 1200 @ 75 Hz
IBM: 1600 x 1200 @ 85 Hz

Anything below 85Hz is painful to my eyes. And since the IBM has a larger viewable area, you can sit farther away from it. Do your vision a favor and get the IBM screen.

Any idea what model from ThinkVision line it is? It can't be the C220p because it's 21", unless TigerDirect messed up. I tried searching left and right for a 21" ThinkVision, but there aren't any.

Ya something doesnt seem right with the IBM specs , 1600x1200 is an awfuly low max resolution for a 21" ,My Sony G520P 21" goes up to 2048x1536.

I almost want to call them up or call up IBM and see what kind of information I can get in regards to it.

I can only run 1200x1600 @75Hz on my 21" trinitron tube...12x16 @ 85Hz and/or higher resolutions are too blurry for my tastes, and at 75Hz it's not too flickery, just in my peripheral vision, far less bothersome than blurry image of 85Hz...so I may just have a bad tube or really sensitive eyes or whatever, but I don't think you should expect much more than 12x16 75Hz, even if the tube is rated for higher.

I wouldn't run it any higher anyways. That would make everything too small to see at anything higher than 1600x1200 on a 21".
