Which CPU is better ???

You must be kidding. Its pretty blantly obvious which is better. Pentium is always better than Celeron at same speed....doh!
 
for $178, get a $50 refurbed mobo, along with a $120 refurbed 2.4B and 4 BigMacs at McDonalds.
 
Get 2.8C instead. Much faster. You don't want to go with celeron of any kind. Even if it was like $20. Buy any P4 instead :)
 
Are you currently using a 1.4 celeron? What cpu and motherboard are you using? If you are using the celeron, this won't be a big upgrade for you, especially one that is not even close to being worth $200. Save up your money and get a new system when you feel you are ready.
 
They should pay you to take that off there hands and make space for chips that were made in the last 2 years.:D
ps.That chip is outta stock too and they want $213 LOL...
