I am going to build a low buck HTPC around a TwinHan 102G a gig of OCZ PC4000 and an ATI X800XL. I will go either LGA 775 with a Celeron D 325J on an Abit IG-80 or a s754 Sempron 2500+ on a Chaintech MK8T890. I'm leaning toword the AMD for heat reasons, but how much power will I be giving up? Can the little 1.4 Sempron run with the 2.53 Celeron?
Here are the parts I am deciding on:
Sempron 2500+
Chaintech MK8T890
Or
Intel Celeron D 325J
Abit IG-80
I already have the Celeron D but am not opposed to buying the AMD cpu if it will perform on par. Thanks for any advice ;)
