Which CPU cooler to get..

Alright, I'm putting together my first build and I've got pretty much everything except a CPU cooler. I'm not sure what I should be looking at exactly. I don't want to spend too much, but I'm not going to be a cheapass either. I was looking at the Cogage True Spirit as it seems to perform well and is pretty cheap. Any comments/suggestions?

Build is as followed: i7 920 (Going to try 3.6 or 3.8), asus p6x58d, radeon 5850, antec 1200 case, antec EA750, 6gb ocz gold, etc.
 
I'm using the veno X and it's serving me well with just a Arctic cooling fan.
 
+1 for the Cogage TRUE Spirit. It is doing a great job of cooling my i7 860 @ 4.0GHz. One piece of advice though, if you order it, (check www.svc.com they tend to be cheaper than frozencpu which i found out after I ordered from frozencpu) contact them first to find out if they are selling the old or new version. The new version comes with a bolt through kit instead of the pushpins (the cursed pushpins!) which is a major improvement (though the cooler itself is unchanged).


EDIT: I just noticed that svc.com posted a notice saying that they ARE shipping the UPDATED True Spirit, so yeah... sweet!

Been buying stuff from SVC for years but thats because I live close and they take local pickups. Their shipping cost can be pretty insane though.
 
That Cogage looks like the Xigmatek which is indeed a very capable cooler.
I wonder, however, if the TRUE that SVC has on clearance would be a better choice?
The Xigmatek I had worked good on an overclocked S775, but the i7's run hotter & perhaps that TRUE would be beefier & allow for better heat dissipation?
 
I ended up going with the true spirit, I went to microcenter and had them price match frozencpu so I got it for only ~43 after tax. Fufufufu! Hopefully by the end of today my computer will be completely put together. <3
