Which cpu better, e7200 OR PHENOM X3 8450

In Multi-tasking Situation, Like Run 3 Super-pi or Open Hundreds Of Webpages, Both Are Max Oc at default Voltage AND ORIGINAL HEAT SINK COME WITH CPU Which One Can Do Better?
 
The E7200 is an excellent overclocker, and will easily best this Phenom in most if not all tasks.

The Phenom may be faster at running 3 winRars, but that is about it. Barely anything has 3 threads, and the Phenom will be slower even in multi-threaded situations at CPU-intense tasks like rendering, photoshop, and encoding.

You have problems if you need hundreds of webpages open.
 
that would depend on what your doing. the E7200 will OC pretty good, (not at stock voltage though) the phenom will not. If your using something that will take advantage of the extra core in the phenom then it will have an edge, otherwise the faster cores of the E7200 will likely mop the floor with the phenom. If you were talking stock speeds this would be different, but overclocking.....
 
becasue I wan to get different opions from differt fans? some people prefer intel, the other prefer amd, they would have differnt minds.
