which cooler for a 4930K

looking to build a new system soon, it will have a 4930K overclocked and i may run some tall ram sticks on it, so far my 2 choices are.......

or should i go to a basic custom water cooling solution, i will not be water cooling the GPU

What case are you using?

Also, don't bother getting tall RAM. Aim for regular size or low profile, DDR3 RAM runs nowhere near hot enough to need tall heatsinks.
