Which cooler do you recommend?

Just building out a new system and I just cant make up my mind which cooler to use

h50 or a True (probably with 1600rpm S-Flex.... I have one sitting around...or two for the h50....and if the h50, in intake or exhaust config?). Price isnt a big deal, but I care about the performance as well as preventing my case from sounding like something that belongs in a server room

i7-920 D0 (I do plan on OCing this.....hopefully as close to 4 as I can get)

Radeon 5850
2 optical drives
Corsair HX 850
6GB Corsair DDR3 (not the dominators)
in an Antec nine hundred two (this still can be swapped for a twelve hundred, although Id rather not)

Any recommendations on the cooler? (or changes in the build?.....Im pretty sure I could add another drive or two if needed or another vid card further down the road with no issues)

I really liked my H50--though I got addicted to modding it as much as possible. You should easily be able to hit 4.0 with that setup--I can reach 4.2 stable fairly easily with my cheaper motherboard, etc.

The biggest advantage I have found with the H50 is that it's not limited to being put inside the case--I had mine mounted outside the case with a San Ace fan pushing and a random Antec fan I had lying around pulling, attached about an inch away from the radiator with packaging tape to eliminated the dead spot in the center of the radiator from the fan motor. That, combined with fairly cool ambient temperatures, allowed me to get sub 70C temps at 4.1Ghz/1.35V--though the setup certainly wouldn't pass your low noise needs.

I recently replaced the H50 with the Dangerden kit that Fry's has on sale, and while my temperatures haven't dropped that much, the noise level sure has--you might consider a cheaper water cooling system with a dual radiator setup to give you the low noise, high performance you want. Watch your voltage regulator temperatures, though--they'll certainly get hot! A watercooling system will allow you to put a fan directly on them.
 
I'll have to recommend the Megahalems, but then again, I'm a bit biased. This thing is amazing. Best mounting system I've used, and outperforms the H50 and TRUE, if you get a decent fan. The 1600RPM S-Flex is a very nice choice. If you're stuck to only a TRUE or H50, then I would go with the TRUE, as it is still the better of the two, at least from the reviews that I've seen.
 
I personally have the H50 on my 920 @ 4.15Ghz @ 1.34v :D runs very cool and stable.

True is just a huge waste of space to me and I just couldn't stand something that big in my case :p
