Which case and which heatsink?

I am looking at a new build and need some opinions about which case to buy. I have three in mind and list them in the order in which I am considering them.

1-Coolermaster HAF932
2-Thermaltake Spedo
3-Antec P193

I will be building an i7 920 and will overclock, but I want a quiet case. I currently have a P180 case with 5 fans and it is quite noisy. What I want in a case, again, in order:

Quiet
Cool overclock
Price of $200 or less

Also, what heatsink should I use? I was thinking of the TRUE, but this maybe overkill. Comments?
 
No such thing as overkill when you are [H]ard. Go for a TRUE and your fan of choice. Remember, that big TRUE will let you get away with lower fanspeeds which means a quieter machine if you are after that.

I can't speak for the thermaltake spedo or the antec, but i do know the HAF932 has tons of fans and can be kinda loud, and if you have a dusty room it could become a slight issue down the road thanks to that huge, unfiltered intake. Still a good quality case, but may not be what you are looking for.
 
The Corsair is quite the case! Apparently it is fairly new and only available at Amazon.com for $279.
 
I just built using the HAF922 and the CoolerMaster V8. (I do so like CoolerMaster) The V8 is huge but fits fine in my 922 and the is larger. These cases are made for over the top cooling.
Mine runs very cool and is uber quiet. I didn't expect things to be so quiet.
