Sapphire x1950pro Ultimate 256mb for $120 shipped

Sapphire X1950XT 256MB for possible...maybe $120

eVGA 7900GTO 512MB for $130 shipped
 
Thats a choice between the GTO and the XT, the 1950 pro is around the same performance of an X1800XT which isnt bad but is slower than the X1950XT.
If gaming at 1280 res or below, I'd get the XT.
Above 1280 res you will want the 512MB ram of the GTO.

not true... 512mb of memory doesnt come into play until much higher resolutions like 1920x1200, which regardless of the memory is going to be unattainable with any of these cards (at least with the latest games). The fact is the x1950xt is by a good margin the most powerful card on his list so OP go with the xt
