Which card should i get?

Out of the two you listed, the R9800 Pro is the much better part, unless you need the A-I-W functionality.

thats the 128 mb, and im going to be gaming.
 
Most 9800Pros come with 128Mb memory. Some come with a 128-bit memory interface and are much slower than the ones with a 256-bit memory interface. I'd be wary about buying the slower version.

Since the one you linked seems to be the quicker version and you say you are a gamer, go with the 9800Pro, no contest.
 
If you are going to be gaming GET THE 9800PRO!!! Why would you get a 9600xt w/ tv tuner? if your not going to be using it?
