Which boards will post with a conroe without flashing

I have been trying to figure out what motherboard will post with a conroe processor since I should be getting mine on about friday. ALL systems in my house are currently AMD so I will not have the ability to swap in another proc.

Currently I am thinking of the Intel 975BX.
 
Any of the P965 will.

As for 975x, I think the DFI and the MSI.
 
Updating the P5W BIOS doesn't require you to create a flash disk, just a disk with the ROM on it.. So it's not annoying at all.
 
Blink the problem is that if it will not boot with a conroe, and I have no other intel processor, how would I flash it?
 
If you order now from an online retailer, there is a good chance it will already have a newer bios that boots C2D's fine. Most reports I've seen lately they have been coming with newer bios's for the last week. If it doesn't, you can get Asus to mail you a new chip. It sucks to wait a little, but I wouldn't let it stop me from getting the board I wanted.

I chose a DS3 over the P5W only because I got an E6400.
