For regular gamut display, should I choose White LED, RGB LED, or OLED?
 
Depends what backlight the screen uses ;) but I expect if you've got a recent standard gamut screen it's using W-LED

What model display is it?
 
One is Eizo 2736W, the other is Lenovo X220

P.S. should I calibrate response curve to gamma 2.2 or SRGB?

The EV2736 has a native SRGB screen.
Drags is correct, use the White LED for the EV2736.

After conferring with Eizo, these are my X-rite i1Display Pro day-to-day settings for their EV2736.

Display Settings
Under Target Settings: Broadcast video
Luminance 120 cd/m2

Under Profile Settings
Chromatic Adaption: Bradford (default)
ICC Profile Version: Version 4 (default)
Gamma: 2.20
Profile Type: Table Based

Addendum:
Turn off EcoView or your calibration target for Luminance (120 cd/m2) will not be reached.

Set Auto Eco View OFF
Set EcoView Sense OFF

No problem, the older driver sets had the term "Broadcast Video" as a listed item. The newer driver sets do not list that term, and instead list the following items: ITU-R, NTSC, and PAL SECAM which are the components of Broadcast Video.

To see those components listed go to your Home Screen and make sure that you have activated the "Advanced" button (not the Basic). Now look in the far left column. That column is your Workflow Sector. In the Workflow Sector select Display/Profiling to make the leftmost column become the Assets column. Look near the bottom of the Assets column and you will see Saved Workflows.

Under your Saved Workflows you will see the following items: ITU-R, NTSC, and PAL SECAM. They are all components of Broadcast Video - you are okay.

Addendum: Don't forget to update to the X-Rite i1Display Pro latest driver set which is Version 1.5.0 found here.

Thanks, I see them now, so do I have to select one of the three (ITU-R, NTSC, and PAL SECAM) to do calibration?

EDIT: Have since advised to turn off EcoView. Access it via your on screen display button. If you fail to turn off EcoView your calibration target for Luminance (120 cd/m2) will not be reached.

Set Auto Eco View OFF
Set EcoView Sense OFF
