I am going to have a Pentium D 805 Machine overclocked with a x1600 pro 2 GB of ram dvdrw drive and 4 Hard drives Plus maybe a Raid pcie card...And i am trying to decide which case to get...

Frys has the ANtec P180 for 90 plus tax so roughly 97 dollars if i get this i will need to buy a PSU perhaps a XCLIO 450 for 48 Shipped thus totallying 145 dollars ...

or

Newegg has a good deal on a Sonata with a Antec 450 Watt Psu for 79 dollars after a 40 dollar rebate...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811129155

So my question is the P180 and the XCLIO worth the extra 66 Dollars or should i just stick with the sonata???

Thermal conductivity - Higher is better
2.37 W/cmK Aluminum
0.802 W/cmK Iron Fe
You're correct there, but in most typical consumer computers, there is no single piece of hardware that comes into direct contact (with a proper thermal interface) with the case panels themselves (exceptions are the Zalman heatpipe cases). The airflow channels through the case will ultimately do a lot more than the aluminum panels of the case.

The hot air in the case can dissipate quicker if the enclosure is made of material that allows it to.

Aluminum is also lighter than steel.

Steel absorbs sound better though.

Well i went with the Antec p180 and i got the XCLIO SLI certified 500 Watt PSU

Thanks for your suggestions...
