Which AMD drivers don't cause this issue?

Occasionally but rarely I will open a flash enabled website and it will cause my PC to BSOD and the BSOD screen reports atikmpag.sys as the culprit. I am using 2x5870 on 12.1 drivers. According to this site I need to switch drivers to resolve the issue. Is that correct or is it maybe a bios setting causing it? My cpu is OC but not the video card.

This is why I am waiting for Kepler instead of jumping on the 7970 bandwagon.
 
It isn't an AMD driver issue, that is the Timeout Detection and Recovery issue of Windows 7, happens mostly at random, and also happens on nvidia.


BTW turn off flash hardware acceleration.
 
I've already gone and switched back to 11.11 performance drivers for now. I also removed the second 5870 because I am planning to upgrade soon and am not a fan of Xfire and also have a friend who wants the 5870 too. If I see the BSOD again I will try the other suggestions, thx.

p.s. I know it is definitely related to flash because on my Chrome browser I have no flash installed and it always happens in FF on flash enabled sites and never Chrome. I will disable acceleration in flash.

in FF make sure the in browser hardware acceleration is disabled as well. it doesn't work worth a damn and causes tons of issues. but the better option is to just stick with chrome.
 
Browser hardware acceleration? Never seen an option for that. Where is the option? In about:config I see layers acceleration, is that what you mean?
