Which 478? ABIT IC7-G MAXII or ABIT AI7?

Which 478 mobo is the absolute best for OCing a 2.26 P4?

I was thinking of the ABIT AI7 (found here: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-127-164&depa=1)...

But then I came across this one: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=13-127-152&depa=1

So which 478 mobo would you recommend for OCing?

I just learned ABIT makes an IC7-MAX3, but newegg doesn't carry it. WTF.

IC7 Max3 is discontinued

the IC7-G is supposed to be a better board for oc'ing

why and when did they kill the p4 mobo of choice...damn thats gay i wanted to eventually make a 3.0c systen with one of those(great combo usally hit 4ghz+ on air[SP-94 vantec tornado] unless the 3.0c's dont overclock that well anymore)
