cg is newer and has a "revised memory controller" if it even affects anything. people will probably say the last revision is better for overclocking, but i went with the cg myself (i haven't overclocked yet).

The latter is newer and has the E4 stepping.

If they're the same price, should I get the E4? Is E4 better or worse than E3 for overclocking?
