Which 24" would you recommend?

Hi,

I'm looking to get a new 24" monitor, I've read so many reviews that my head hurts, so I thought I would ask you guys what you thought would be best for me.

The monitor must have:

Full 1080 HD support
HDMI input (for my PS3)
Low input lag (for high spec PC gaming)
Audio out (to send sound to my amp)

Price is not really an issue, I just want a really good monitor! Which monitor would you buy if you were me?

Wait for the Dell 2408wfp Revision. Otherwise go for NEC 2490WUXi despite the lack of HDMI input. Gateway FHD2400 is also passable. Although I do not recommend it.
 
If they are still on the market BenQ FP241W or WV, fantastic display. I think mine has some issues with res scaling, but it's the original. Later revisions fixed the scaling issues from what I have read.
 
I do recommend the Gateway FHD2400, 5 egg rating on newegg:) and I own 2 of them without any major problems, there is very little BLB on one of them.
 
I'd recommend the LG L245WP-BN, aka. L246WP-BN. For your purposes, it has:
- HDMI-in exclusively (ie. no DVI), but it has component in so you should be able to hook up both a pc and a PS3 at the same time.
- Input lag as low as you'll find on a 24" *VA panel (it's an MVA screen). On the 2407WFP-HC I noticed the ~30ms input lag, not noticing anything on the L245WP-BN.
- A standard issue 3,5mm audio out jack on the left for HDMI's audio.

I'm not sure what a monitor needs to be Full HD compatible (needs to be able to display 1080p right?), so I'll leave that up to you to find out. All the specs I've found for it specifically say it is, so it should be fine.

I'm using it right now and I think it's a great monitor. The only problem you might have with it is that it's crazy hard to find depending on where you live. In the US I believe there are none left (other than refurbs), and I managed to get one of the last few here in Belgium.
