Which 22" to get?

I am deciding between the two:

I'm thinking the first one because the 800:1 contrast but figured to get a second opinion.
But then again the black one has 16.7 million colors instead of 16.2 like the silver.

I would get the black one. They are both the same and both us TN panels which suffer from limited viewing angles. I say that black one cause my friend bought that model and the text is sharp on it. Also, it has a slightly better Horizontal viewing angle at 170 degrees as opposed to the other one with 160.

But what about the contrast ratio? How much does 100:1 more make?

Not that big of an issue and difference between 700:1 and 800:1. Also, you pretty much want to turn down the contrast ratio anyways. Highly unlikely you want it at 100% You can, but, iy may or will strain your eyes.
