I'm building a wc system for a shuttle and can't fit anything bigger than a single 120mm rad. The reason for watercooling is that the gpu in the shuttle has an extremly loud gpufan and there is no room for any decent aircooler. And if I'm gonna cool the gpu I might as well cool the cpu.
Pump
I have an DDC pump that I'll use in this rig since it's small enough and I already own it. But since it's not a DDC-Plus it's not very powerfull so I don't want any restrictive components in the loop.
GPU block
There's almost zero airflow around the gpu so ramsinks wouldn't perform very well. There is very limited space for the gpu block, the only blocks that would fit is full cover blocks and the 90 degree fittings is only a plus. I thought I'd go for a EK waterblock since it's not very expensive or restrictive compared to DD and alphacools blocks.
CPU block
Since the main reason for watercooling this rig is to silence the gpu and not maximum performance I'll use the not so restrictive Apogee block for the cpu.
Fan
I'll use a Yate Loon fan to cool the rad. It's not very powerfull so I'll have to use a rad that don't require high airflow.
Radiator
I'd like to buy a ThermoChill rad but they are too damn expensive! The question is if I should buy a Black Ice rad, Xtreme or regular? Alpha cool rad? Or maybe some other rad? Please help me out, I've read alot in forums but I thought I should ask you guys too since I can't make up my mind!
