Couple years ago when I first started playing around and learning from this forum, I recall there being a "OC'ing Basics" type faq that was really helpful and educational. Maybe it wasn't on [H]forums, or maybe its right under my nose, but could somebody direct me to it?

This forgetful nOOb needs to RTFM again...

Thank you,

Q

Lots of information was lost during the recent upgrades. If you'd like to see a new one, feel free to compile a simple, but informative, FAQ and I'll see if it's sticky-worthy. Anybody else interested in this?

Sure, but I'm not going to write it :D
If somebody with time, will, and especially knowledge is up to the task, by all means go for it.

Surely you jest!? I think its probably fair to assume that anyone who actually asks to see a FAQ would not make a good candidate to author one! lol Kinda like taking your car to the shop and having the mechanic ask you how to fix it :)

That said, I certainly would be qualified to supply the questions... :D

Thanks,

Well, I didn't know whether you were asking for help or merely asking about its existence. That said, the offer is extended to everyone, not only you, who would care to pitch in.
