where to start

hey, im new to case modding and im not really sure where to start or what to do, ive put a neon light and cold cathode tube in but thats about it, any suggestions would be great. ive got some pics of wat it looks like at the moment:

i did hide most of it, it was alot worse then that and i wasnt really sure how to go about hiding wat was left. wats stealthing and how do i do it? :confused:
 
ok, i found a way to hide some more wires:

but im not sure wat to do with wats left. the wires on the left arent long enough to run under the motherboard and theres no where to hide whats left.

is this tutorial correct for stealthing drives?

is there anything you dont like about your case?
how's the airflow? how about the overall appearance, do you like its colour?
do you take it to lans? why not add some handles on the top
 
I'd pull everything out and paint the inside. Rustoleum Colbalt Blue Metalflake topped with a clear coat would make the view through that window much nicer.....IMO :)

Primer coat>Blue coat>wet sand (600/800grit)>Blue coat>sand>clearcoat (sand if needed).......
 
i wouldnt trust those things for nothing........... BUT.......that guide is good for stealthing

ya i wouldnt put handles on my case....the top comes off, you've gotta take the top off to get the sides off so the lid would probably pop off if i used handles....stealthing my drive turned out alot easier then i thought it would be and it actually looks alright for a first go
