where to plug my mic ??

i have got my new logitech x-530 5.1 system.on my motherboard all the slots (line-in,line-out,microphone slot)are used to give 5.1 sound surround.now where do i plug my microphone jack ?there is a slot in my speakers for headphones but not for mic.

Some grammar would be nice as well. Standard PC microphones have a pink connector, and motherboards with onboard audio should have a pink-colored port.

Sound cards don't tend to have colored ports, but the Audigy 2 has engraved pictures next to each slot.

If you're using an XLR microphone, you'll have to get an adapter. But you still have to figure out which port to use. :p
