If you want something tougher, try polycarbonate. Also available at HD or at many plastic suppliers. You could also try getting thicker acrylic.

If you cracked it, you may have been pushing too hard. Let the drill finds its own way through - it doesn't take much force. Make sure you have sharp drill bits and don't go too fast.

Well Ill goto home depot this weekend thanks. Never thoguht they sold that type of thing =/ But thats pretty wikked that they do hahah Thanks boys

Was in Lowes yesterday shopping for other stuff, and was impressed by the amount of items they sold that would help improve one's cable management. In hindsight, of course they have this stuff ... been wasting my time at the Compusa's of the world. Bet they'd be able to solve your plastic window needs as well.
