Anyone know where I can order (preferably from Canada) a PSU bracket that looks similar to the one shown on this case ?

It needs to go from the redundant server style mount to a ATX mount...
 
Why not just get a piece of 1/8" steel or aluminum (whichever type your case is) and cut it to fit? You could probably buy a jigsaw for nearly the same cost as buying the plate, as it's probably a custom order thing.

Or just cut up a sidepanel from a derelict case... Maybe the remnants after cutting out a window? :)
