Where to find comparable mount?

I wasn't being clear.

I've got a 47" LCD that weighs 70-ish pounds. I need a wall mount that will tilt/swivel and extend out from the wall a minimum of 8-10 inches.

Any ideas?
 
OK, so no one's had to mount a larger LCD like this before? Or am I asking in the wrong forum?
