I couldn't find any from legit websites, ones that I trust and know have good testing methods besides 3dmarks and built in stress tests

There is a ATI hotfix_vista32_8-39-5-070625a-49540, but there isnt one available for Vista 64.

Since you're now using Vista, mind benchmarking Halo 2 Vista? It's poorly optimized like the first one, so it could be a good game to benchmark!
