Here's my situation, I'd love to sell my PC as soon as possible, but I have no idea how to ship it out, how to pack it, liabilities (for example, people claiming items don't work, what to do). At the moment I am stuck to Craigslist, i'm very fluent in shipping smaller objects and have around 150 eBay feedback.

I'm just hoping someone can guide me on how to pack computer parts, or the best way to ship the whole tower. I don't have any of the boxes to the components.

Also, can anyone price check my computer? It's in my sig.

the for sale section on this forum?

Here!

Didn't really read the post I see.

I have no idea how to computer components so they don't break, without the original boxes.

Or, how to just ship the whole tower, best shipping service, price, etc.

Well.. I'm at like 120 posts or so.

Spread through a year.

Thanks for the vid link. My car's running on fumes.

*edit* Any chance I can get a PC on my rig, or where can I get one?

Lol, I thought this post was started by someone else... who was spamming at the rate of 120 posts per day for a little while there... Sorry. How jerky of me.

I think it's generally better to part out systems rather than trying to sell them put together. Combos like Mobo + CPU + RAM are common. People try to avoid shipping cases because they are usually essentially valueless due to weight. When I sell parts I always just try to make sure there is zero play inside, you can shake the box and not hear a peep. Then you want to isolate the box the part is in, within another box with more packing material. So I usually use the manufacturer's packaging, but put extra packing materials inside to keep things from bouncing/flying around, then some newspaper or something surrounding the MFG box within a larger box Amazon or Newegg sent me something in. If you DO sell a combo, make sure to disassemble everything as much as possible. You do not want RAM installed in a motherboard or CPU for that matter bouncing around in the mail (imo).
