Where do I put these adapter do-dads?

Thanks for patiently answering my questions here guys, since this is my first time building a water-cooled computer. Background story: a 120mm heatercore cannot fit inside my TT Tsunami case (no bashing on the purchased case please) so I just went for external parts.

By the way, if D-Tek doesn't e-mail me back (called a busy phone line and kept sending RMA number requests for the past 2 weeks), there'll be a never-been used fan shroud and heatercore for sale ;) Back to the story.

Tube comes in PCI slot, blah blah (I'm sure it's nothing new here). Just to make it easier I got the Exos-Al.

This thing uses 1/4" tubing, my waterblocks use 3/4" ID tubing, so I went ahead and bought the 1/4" To 3/8" Hose Adapter from a nearby hardware store (link just to show you what it looks like in construction).

I just need to know where to put the adapters and I'm pretty sure I know which end the 1/4 comes in and where the 3/8 connects.

Thanks guys. :)
