Where do I find Turion Power Control Chapter 3 Documentation?

Hi,
I am trying to learn about how to configure TPC for max performance on a 62xx series of CPU's. I have found references to "Chapter 3" documentation that tells how to use Turion Power Control in regards to tweaking performance, but no link to download.
Hopefully, someone will have or a link would be great.

I downloaded the .43 information and it had a PDF of the manual. Now all I need is to read and apply to my 62xx's.
