Well, I ordered a PC from cyberpower. But I haven't heard one word from them since I placed my order 3 days ago. I didn't even bother wasting time on the phone to find out what was the hold up. I just canceled the order.

I spoke to john, and he was okay in getting the order canceled ... but who cares, thats not too hard! Not like I had paid for it or anything, b/c I was never sent anything saying my order was even received! But according to John, it was in the system...

Long story short, im looking to get a computer PRE BUILT with custom specs, and a warranty. I do NOT want to build it myself, or have others build it for me. as convenient as it would be, God-forbid something breaks, I would prefer to have a warranty that replaces the part for free.... thus, the name warranty! I really feel ive looked all over, but cant find any sites that dont rape you with costs.

here is what i want

AMD 64 3200
1 gig quality ram
160 Hitachi or other name brand HDD
6800 GT 256
XP Pro
Flexible with other parts I guess...
Etc. im trying to stay in the range of 1400-1500 shipped AIR mail...

Not looking for anything too special ... just looking to get this built, and shipped to my door with a warranty, from a company who isn't going to send me bad parts...

If any of you find this thread to be a question asked, and answered 100 times, im sorry. Im just in need of a company, that offers the specs I need, with a warranty, that doesn't have the worst of the worst communication, customer support and costs.
