Hi there,I'm very new to this VFD thing so please be kind.....
I'm trying to find one to buy but can't find anywhere.I live in winnipeg, Canada
I would like to get the IEE 03602-122 VFD
If anyone out there has one and wants to sell it please let me know.
Also just a quick question.
Are these VFD Display hard to setup?
I have no experience in reading electronic diagrams but can solder anything...
I'm in the process of creating my modded computer now and this would be a very good addition to what I am doing.
Any help would be greatly accepted and appreciated.

Watch for it on eBay. You could also try the Noritake CU line of VFDs; they are compatible with many programs because they use the popular Hitachi HD44780 controller chip. In fact, there are a couple of Noritake CU units on eBay.ca right now ;)

I could also part with my IEE unit; PM me.
 
ebay or a private seller is probabily the best bet, esp since youre a canuckian ;)
 
Why don't you try matrix orbital? They are based in Calgary and have great VFDs - including USB VFDs that don't require you to do any messing around with wires.
