im looking for the best 120mm fan on the market that's as quiet as can be while still pushing a decent amount of airflow...i haven't found one on my search for one yet...but all fans i came across run about a 40CFM to 20db(10%+\-) rating and any lower then that drops accordingly ie: 38cfm to 17db... there is no fan around 50cfm to 20db out is there? the problem is i have two thermaltake thunderblades that run around 38cfm on low and 93.7 on high as u can guess 93cfm is too loud which is about 50db... but 38cfm on low seems to be like its blowing air through a straw and it isn't moving much air at all ... is this due to the fan blades not being very efficent? what is the best bearing type or fan fin shape that would produce the best cfm to db ratio while still being fiarly quiet? any suggestions would help ;) thanks in advance

edit: oh by the way they have to have blue leds to match my case :p
