Where are the intel pro/1000 single/dual port PCI-E x1 nics ?

Anyone seen these for sale?

I think the dual port is x4. Will it work in an x1 slot ? How about an x16 slot?

I believe PCI-E x4 cards will work in x8 and x16 slots, but not x1 (could be wrong).

As far as I've understood it, a PCI-e card will work in any slot that has at least as many lanes as the card. (E.g. an x1 card will work in any slot, while an x16 card won't work in anything else unless they start making even larger slots.)
